Updates frequently destabilize–crash, crash, crash. It will go back to only crashing once every other day or so, then its every few minutes. No option to turn off timed games makes the collection complete garbage. Too bad, as these used to be great games. Way to ruin a good thing, Microsoft.

Doesnt work anymore. The ads do not appear and the program shuts down. This is mainly for the daily challenge.

May 2, 2018 – Having just run through the April 2018 update for Win10 its clear they have mucked around with the Freecell coding to screw it up. Havent tried any of the other games, so no comment on those. In Freecell, you are blocked from making any moves while cards are being automatically moved to the done piles. That means if there is 1 card that needs to be uncovered for the game to complete, you are stuck waiting until its time for that card to go up. Then, AND ONLY THEN, can you uncover it. Finally, you cannot speed up the pace at which cards do go to the done pile, and that pace is ponderously slow. Why they felt they needed to change Freecell is beyond me. They finally had it to the point it was really good; now theyve downgraded it. This is very similar to what happened when we upgraded from Win8.1 to Win10. Very similar issues.

How you found the violation and any other useful info
5 different Solitaire variations Klondike, FreeCell, Spider, TriPeaks, and Pyramid!
I do not play games online. I just want a private game on my computer. This just seems like another way for Microsoft to track what is going on. I hate the fact that Windows 10 has converted my PC into a pseudo tablet. I do NOT like the fact that I am limited to just a select few solitaire card games that I can play on my computer. Mahjong was one of my favorite but I do NOT want to do it in XBOX format or online or in app format with tons of ads. There are few games I play and now they gone or no longer appealing in the new format. NO STARS!!

This newest version crashes, temporarily times out, not to mention the commercials also it does not permit the player to move fast enough. Too slow. Once the game is over, should immediate go to another version. Also, the cursor movement is too slow compared to earlier version. I dont care for it all vs. the last version…. go back to the earlier one please. Otherwise I am not going to look for another provider as this one is 50 steps backwards!!!!
I like to play solitaire to relax, take a few minutes and slow down and catch my wind. Unfortunately, that is no longer possible. I thought it was bad in Windows 8, but with Windows 10 you have made it worse. I dont give a damn about xbox. I dont see the importance of storing my solitaire statistics in the cloud, or anywhere else for that matter. I dont see the credit of doing it just because you can, leaving the user with little or no participation in deciding whether to do something or not. How sad.
Why, oh why, are you now forcing me to sit through the entire flying card pyrotechnic review before I can start my next game of solitaire? Please replace the ability to stop it!!
